Everytime I download some of their furniture, it never ends up working correctly. Never an issue. both sites are safe to use, paysitesmustbedestroyed hasn't been updated in a while though. i mostly use it for other sims games rather than sims 4. Yeah both sites are :) I've used them extensively and never had an issue. I would suggest you add uBlock origin to your browser if you're worried!
