Silver Spur Stables is a long-time favorite riding facility in this community. Its potential loss to development would have significant impact on this equestrian area. To prevent this, a group of determined individuals started an organization to save Silver Spur Stables from residential rezoning. ELCR talked with Dr. Jim DeCarli of Glendale.
